I wanna run away with someone in the middle of the night and go on adventures and see the world and eat at cheap truck stops and sit on top of our car and look at the stars and just be somewhere other than here.
what each twenty one pilots album reminds me of
- twenty one pilots:
- a piano slightly out of tune, the hollow feeling of my chest, dark circles under tired eyes, twitching fingers, unanswered questions, manic energy mixed with heavy apathy.
- regional at best:
- motivation, crying while smiling, telling someone you're okay when you're not, unfinished homework, the light show of headlights when driving in the dark, the sound of shoes on winter ground, the colors purple, pink, and blue.
- vessel:
- hysteric laughter, frustration at the unknown, arguments with people you love, bloody lips and torn fingernails, the taste of bubblegum that hurts your jaw when you chew it, summer air matched with early spring breezes.
- blurryface:
- weekly therapy appointments, the fear of getting better, scribbled writing that doesn't make sense, dark bruises you don't remember getting, the ever present feeling of guilt that makes it hard to breathe, swords, birds trying to fly but falling instead.
